If you return a plant with proof of purchase

We offer a local delivery service for your convenience.

SECRETTS GARDEN CENTRE POLICY
IS STATED BELOW:

All deliveries are carried out by Secretts personnel and vehicles

Our standard delivery service is within 20 miles of our premises (please enquire for deliveries outside this radius)

Our standard delivery day is Saturday
with deliveries made between 09.30 – 17.00 hrs.
We are unable to guarantee specific times.

Our delivery service is chargeable according
to the geographical charging zones shown below.
The radius is taken in miles from
Secrett’s garden centre.

A - 0 – 5 miles £5
B - 5 – 10 £10
C - 10 – 15 £15
D- 15 – 20 £20

Our standard delivery service cannot guarantee that we set down goods to your request eg. Top of back garden – but we aim to accommodate within reason.
If you call our van off the public highway on to a private drive then this is entirely at the owner’s risk.
