First off, here are some answers to some Frequently Asked Questions. If you can’t find what you need here please email us on email@example.com.
1. Do I have to pay for my baby/toddler?
There is no charge for children under two years of age. Entry is £2 per person/per child over the age of two. That covers your entry to the event and a tractor ride to and from the field. If you decide to walk (some people prefer to do this) you can, but the entry fee still stands. This small entry fee helps towards the huge amount of work that goes into getting the pumpkins harvested and the PYO ready for the event.
2. How much are the pumpkins?
The price of the pumpkins is determined by their size in diameter – we have a very simple grading system. Pumpkins start at £1-2 for the small ones and up to £10-12 for the big ones. Pumpkins are paid for on the pumpkin field so make sure you take cash for this as we cannot process cards.
3. Do you take cards?
The entry fee, pumpkins and TJays activities are all cash payments only please. Card payments can be made at some stalls for food.
4. Can I bring my dog?
No, really sorry but for health and safety reasons dogs are not permitted into the PYO enclosure or onto the Pumpkin Field.
4. Can I bring my own picnic?
Only food purchased on site can be eaten in the PYO enclosure and seating is reserved for paying customers. There are however plenty of grassed areas outside the PYO which you are welcome to use if you wish to bring a picnic.
5. Is there parking?
We have plenty of free parking on site (see map below). Please follow the signs for the PYO and don’t block the parking at the farm shop. We have plenty of parking close to where the tractors leave from so its better for you to park as close as you can.
6. My son/daughter has special needs/is disabled can you offer any additional help?
Yes we can. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help where possible to make your visit accessible.
