We have all the ingredients in the farm shop for this delicious quiche. Gorgeous eaten the day it’s made and still just warm. We added an extra egg to the original recipe, reduced the amount of spinach (on good authority) and strongly recommend you replace the broad beans with Secretts home grown asparagus which has just come into season and finally make sure you use a really mature cheddar or similar it will add so much to the finished flan. We suggest Quickes 24 month matured, Wookey Hole cheddar (especially to goats) or Sussex Charmer.
