First off, here are some answers to some Frequently Asked Questions. If you can’t find what you need here please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
1.What is the ticket price for events.
We have different entry fees for different events. We keep our entry fees as low as possible to make sure its accessible to all.
2. Do I have to pay for my baby/toddler?
There is no charge for children under the age of 2 for our pumpkin week. For some events this may be different for example our asparagus event this year is free to children under 10. This information will be given clearly at the time of purchase on our ticketing site.
3. How much are the crops?
This will depend on the crop eg asparagus, sweetcorn or pumpkins depending on what event you are attending. This will be stated clearly at the event.
4. Do you take cards?
Card payments can be made at stalls for food. Tickets for events are only available online.
5. Can I bring my dog?
No, really sorry but for health and safety reasons dogs are not permitted into the PYO enclosure or farm.
6. Can I bring my own picnic?
Only food purchased on site can be eaten in the PYO enclosure and seating is reserved for paying customers. There are however plenty of grassed areas outside the PYO which you are welcome to use if you wish to bring a picnic.
7. Are tickets refundable
Tickets are not refundable unless there is a directive from Public Health to say that we cannot go ahead with this Pick Your Own Event.
8. Is there parking?
We have plenty of free parking on site (see map below). Please follow the signs for the PYO and don’t block the parking at the farm shop.
9. My son/daughter has special needs/is disabled can you offer any additional help?
Yes we can. Please email email@example.com and we will help where possible to make your visit accessible.
