We grow Brussel sprouts on the farm every year. We leave ours on the stick as it keeps them fresher and more nutritious for longer. Each stick yields around 550g – 650g of Sprouts so enough for a good sized portion on Christmas Day. The recipe below is a Secretts family favourite – delicious served with Christmas Dinner or as a side dish to any meat of fish dish.
