We opened our farm shop in 1977 and it is constantly evolving to meet our customers needs. Today we have an exciting food shopping experience stocked with our own home-grown produce and wonderful artisan food products.
We also have a strong sense of community! From hosting a monthly farmers market to showcasing local producers and holding many events throughout the year. Feel assured that when you shop with us you are;

Whilst the local food movement is important we also stock a range of delicious products such as cheese and spices that are imported. In doing this we have a large range of interesting ingredients for all cooking styles. Our large farm shop has many discreet departments, which hold an extensive range of food products from different categories from organic chocolate to wild garlic pesto. We also host a farmers market on the third Sunday of each month where as well as selling our produce we showcase some new producers.

The Cheese Counter
With a stunning listing of over 300 cheeses we can safely make claim to the largest selection in Surrey. Our cheeses come from England and Europe. From delectable soft goats cheeses to hard sheep’s milk, full flavoured blues and hard herb infused traditional English cheeses our selection is extensive. Our knowledgeable staff, are on hand to help you select with tasting samples and advice. Each month we feature a different cheese to help you choose or try something new. In addition to our cheeses we also sell a variety of dairy products including raw Jersey cream. Pre-packed smoked salmon and other fish feature here too. To compliment our cheese we also sell a comprehensive stock of cheese biscuits including traditional oatcakes and Scandinavian crackers.
Confectionery and Chocolate
We are famed for our wonderful confectionery displays at Christmas and Easter but we also hold an eclectic range of stock year round. You’ll find well-known brands here with some lesser known. We love sourcing unusual flavours to compliment classics and know from the speed they sell that this is a popular area of our shop.
Our in-house team, produce many of the products we have for sale on our counter. We roast beef and prepare free range hams from our on site butcher Black Barn in our own kitchen. In addition we produce quiche, salads and some pies. For a party or picnic please order in advance.
Bread and Cakes
We stock a great range of freshly baked everyday breads from a local craft bakery and artisan sour dough breads (Faretti and the Hungry Guest). In addition we also carry a range of cutting cakes from Loseley Bakery, Crosbies and the Farmhouse Bakery and a selection of patisserie including Florentines and cookies. We also have pre-packaged biscuits from family favourites to artisan-produced specialties.
Tea and Coffee
Our selection of tea has expanded over the years and we now sell a spectacular range of traditional teas both loose-leaf and in bags. Herbal, green and aromatic blends also feature here. In addition we sell whole and ground fresh coffee, instant flavoured coffees to suit all tastes.
Preserves, Sauces and other delicious ingredients
We have a wonderful range of jams, jellies, mustards and sauces to meet any of your culinary needs. Add to this our wonderful collection of self-service herbs and spices and pre-packed mixes. Wild garlic pesto, tapenades and other delicatessen products can be found in this area. Our serve yourself olive bar is also located here.
In this department you’ll find our own home-grown produce which we supplement with bought in lines such as chicory that we don’t grow on site. We also fill in, out of season with imported produce such as green beans, avocadoes and fruit. In addition to this we have a great selection of self serve frozen fruits such as, strawberries, raspberries and cherries. We are renowned for our heritage carrots, golden beetroots, cavola nero (black cabbage) and kale. Regular shoppers rave about our asparagus (which has a shorter season) and most importantly our salad leaves which garnish plates in a high percentage of restaurants in the South East. In fact to meet the demand we plant our new seeds every day under glass.
We carry a small but comprehensive range of pre-packed stock from on-site award winning butcher Black Barn. You’ll find small joints, freshly made sausages and free range chicken.
Gifts and Cards
Our selection of vintage style storage tins, cards and serviettes compliment our food offerings and make lovely gifts.
Wine, local beer, cider, fortified wines and cordials are also available with changing seasonality.
